It is more about unique, custom, and personalized experiences that are local and native. One of the most meaningful experiences that one can have is dining on the local cuisines and specialties. Another experience that is yet untapped is eating the cuisine of immigrants from various countries. There is a huge market for this, particularly in big cities in the US and Canada, where there are immigrants from many countries.
Increased migration and urbanization, along with national and international standardizations, have made it difficult for the discerning traveller to find the local cuisine.
At Palatelocal, we believe every community has flavours worth discovering and stories worth sharing.

PalateLocal aspires to provide an enriched experience to the traveller who is looking for traditional, local cuisine to augment their visit to new places. PalateLocal brings the local hosts and visitors together, wherein the visitors could experience a rich dining experience savouring the local cuisine cooked by the hosts using their recipes that were passed down in their family through generations. Visitors also get to interact with the local host family over a meal and get to know about other aspects of local culture, along with getting to know the local cuisine as explained by the hosts.
PalateLocal also provides an amazing opportunity for so many ordinary families to earn an income through an activity they are innately good at.
